All answers are correct.

Correct answer

Results from the laboratory show decreased hemoglobin, which is a sign of anaemia. We can also notice thrombocytopenia.
Elevation of urea, creatinine, uric acid, changes in ion levels (hyperkalaemia, hyperphosphataemia and hypermagnesaemia) and absence of urination may warn us about renal failure.
