He suffered acute MI 5 years ago and is treated for DM type II and hypertension. He has no allergies. Today he has been brought to the hospital vomiting, with severe colicky abdominal pain and significantly distended abdomen. Surgeon has indicated revision of abdomen for suspected strangulation ileus. What will be your approach to induction of the GA and airways management?
