You are the admitting doctor to ICU. You notice worsening of neurological status of the patient compared to what was decribed by your colleagues earlier. You notice worsening of spontaneous ventilation with drop of SpO2 to 85 % with facial mask oxygentherapy 5L/min. GCS is 7, brainstem reflexes are weakened. There were also observed another signs of decortikation postural reaction a muscle spasms of upper right and lower right limb.
