The woman is unconscious, isocoric pupils and no pupillary reflex to light, bleeding wound on her forehead, injury of cervical spine cannot be excluded, hypoventilation, breathing bilateral, no signs of PNO, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities without any visible pathology.
