It's Friday night and you've started your night shift as a dispatcher of the Emergency Medical Service. You have received an emergency call. The patient is a 20-year-old girl, she's home and she can´t go to the hospital by herself. She has begun to experience the following difficulties:
• fever (over 40 °C),
• muscle pain,
• diarrhoea,
• vomiting.
When asked if she is short of breath, she answers that she is not.
Decide which emegency group you will send to the location.
Dispatchers of the Emergency Communication Center follow the Decree No. 240/2012 Coll., which implements the Act on the Ambulance Service when sending outgoing groups and determining the degrees of urgency of emergency calls.
