Pericardial tamponade
Jarda, 62 years old, goes hunting with a group of hunters. While shooting at a hare with a shotgun, Jarda suddenly falls to the ground. One of the nearest hunters runs to him and can see that Jarda is holding his left arm, which is bleeding. As Jarda takes off his coat, he screams in pain and there is blood spraying from his left arm. How would you behave in this situation?
