There is a 14 years old boy in a tent, crying and suddenly vomiting. He complains about strong headaches, but he claims, that he did not fall anywhere and also nobody hit him.

At the same time on the other side of the camp, a camp-leader sits by a tree. She describes headaches, muscle pain, nausea and photophobia. At the morning, she felt like she had a higher temperature.

Woman:
Cephalea, VAS 9, photophobia, body temperature 100.76 °F, nausea, muscle and joint pain.
