You are in a summer camp for kids.

There is a 14 years old boy in a tent, crying and suddenly vomiting. He complains about strong headaches, but he claims, that he did not fall anywhere and also nobody hit him.

At the same time on the other side of the camp, a camp-leader sits by a tree. She describes headaches, muscle pain, nausea and photophobia. At the morning, she felt like she had a higher temperature.

What would you do?
Help
We call EMS for adult woman, leave child in the camp and wait for developing of his condition.
We call EMS for both the kid and the woman.
We leave them both in the camp and wait how situation develops.

Anamnesis:
Boy:
Acute headache, VAS 7, tiredness, belated answers, vomiting for 2 times, no stomachache,no trauma, no diet fail, no drugs, no alcohol.

Woman:
Cephalea, VAS 9, photophobia, body temperature 100.76 °F, nausea, muscle and joint pain.
