Mrs. Světlá (57 years old) had an acute myocardial infarction about two years ago. She was being questioned about the method of treatment. She replied, "They put two stents in and it has been fine ever since."
Mrs. Vávrová (31 years old) has polycystic ovary syndrome and sometimes feels a sudden pain in the epigastrium or her chest, she sweats a lot and her heart pounds.
Mr. Hrdlička (65 years old) is a smoker, obese, he has high LDL and low HDL, has hypertension. He experiences angina pectoris and shortness of breath during physical activity, e.g. when walking longer distances.
Mr. Novotný (72 years old) has shortness of breath, chest pain during exertion which usually subsides in about 20 minutes.
