After some time, Markétka's friends call you. Something is wrong with Markétka. She has a headache, appears confused, has a drooping left corner of her lips and cannot stand properly on her left leg.

Due to the symptoms, we point out that it may be a cerebrovascular accident. We follow the "BE FAST" algorithm.
Pediatric stroke is rare, so we do not consider this diagnosis.
Markétka probably bumped her leg when she fell. We will sit with her on the bench and wait for her to recover.

Family history: parents and siblings healthy, paternal grandmother st.p. massive pulmonary embolism 6/2021 at the age of 71.
