Emergency admission

You are a physician in Neurology Emergency Room (ER) and you have been called in to take over the shift earlier because your colleague has suddenly fallen seriously ill.
As they try to convey the most important information to you, they mention:

"And then there's one more patient in the waiting room, probably with myasthenia, but I can't recall their name at all…"

Uncertain and without the patient's name, you return to the Neurological ER, where four patients are now seated. After examining, questioning, and assessing each of them, you realize two things:
1. There are multiple patients in the waiting room with suspected myasthenia gravis, but none of them requires your immediate attention.
2. However, among them is one patient with a different diagnosis that demands urgent intervention.

Which of these patients is most likely NOT suffering from myasthenia gravis?
