A 57 year old man was driven by an ambulance with following symptoms: dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness and faint. At arrival you administer oxygen, secure iv line and perform 12 lead ECG. Present bradycardia is an indication for:
initiation of transcutaneous pacing
administration of atropine 0.3 mg IV
administration of atropine 0.5 mg IV
administration of adrenaline(epinephrine) 2-10 µg/min IV
